We collect certain information through our website, located at exarka.com (our "Website"), including through the products and services provided at the Website. This page (this "Privacy Policy") lays out our policies and procedures surrounding the collection and handling of data about any living individual who can be identified from that data or from that data and other information either in our possession or likely to come into our possession ("Personal Data").

This Privacy Policy applies only to our Website and to the products and services provided through our Website. And it does not apply to any other website, product, or service operated by our company, or to any of our offline activities.

A. Personal Data We Collect

Do Not Track Notice

We use a small number of third-party services in order to operate and improve our website - for example a data center operator that manages our servers or a notification service that helps us send you messages about your account. These services need access to your personally identifiable information in order to work (i.e. your email address is required to send you email) but are contractually prohibited from using that information for any other purpose other than to provide the services on our website.

As noted above, we compile Website usage statistics from data collected through cookies. We may publish those statistics or share them with third parties, but they don't include Personal Data.

Google Analytics

Our independent contractors include Google Analytics: a web analytics service that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Website. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. We are told that you can opt-out of Google Analytics tracking on our Website by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity. I. Compliance with Data Protection Laws

FERPA

Exarka complies with all applicable provisions of the United States Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, 20 U.S.C. 1232g, 34 CFR Part 99 (FERPA) in receiving and handling personally identifiable information from education records as a "school official" under FERPA.

COPPA

During the course of using our website and it's services, we may ask you to share certain personal information in order for us to provide you with the services. Our Privacy Policy describes our policies around collecting, using, and maintaining the privacy of your personal information. You acknowledge and agree that between you and Exarka, only you are responsible for the accuracy and content of your personal information, and you agree to keep it up to date.

In accordance with the Federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), we will never knowingly solicit, nor will we accept, personally identifiable information from users known to be under thirteen (13) years of age without the consent of their educational institution or the child's parent or guardian. If an educational institution with students that are under thirteen (13) years of age uses our Services, the educational institution may also provide us with personally identifiable information about its students. We use student information to provide the Services to the educational institution and its students, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
